Thetford based Warren Services are using their EB supplied P2 panel bender to great affect in the manufacture of Balcony modules for the building industry.
EB modified the P2 to allow larger blanks to be rotated and ‘softened’ the machine bed to be kind to aluminium panels.
Cycle times have been reduced from 5+ minutes on conventional press brakes to under a minute on the P2.
Further gains have been made by Warren in the forming of machine covers and cabinet panels.
